Attitude MMA is proud to announce its 30th fight event, marking the 10th Anniversary of showcasing premier mixed martial arts talent. On May 11, 2024, The Coronet will be the battleground for a night of high-stakes MMA action.

Main Event: “Jesse” James Wallace vs. Jarel Askew

Ladies and gentlemen, the Main Event is upon us! In one corner, we have the seasoned warrior “Jesse” James Wallace. At 31 years old, Wallace is a BJJ Black Belt with an impressive 10-4 record, including 7 wins by submission. His prowess has earned him the #3 ranking as a professional Welterweight in Tennessee. Hailing from Horn Lake, MS, he now fights out of Warner Robbins, GA, under the guidance of UFC legend Cole Miller.

And in the opposite corner stands Jarel Askew, also 31 years old. With an MMA record of 13 wins and 8 losses, Askew brings a wealth of experience. His arsenal includes 6 wins by KO/TKO and 5 by submission. Notably, Askew is a multi-time champion and holds a purple belt in BJJ. Originally from the rugged terrain of Alaska, he now proudly represents Denver, CO, alongside Team Elevation.

Co-Main Event: Trey “He So” Manley vs. James Hay

Brace yourselves for an exhilarating Co-Main Event that promises fireworks! In one corner, we have the formidable Trey “He So” Manley, ready to unleash his fury. And in the opposite corner, the resilient James Hay, determined to carve his name into the annals of MMA history.

Trey Manley, with a 4-2 record, has left a trail of devastation in his wake. His fists are like thunder, with 3 wins by KO/TKO—a testament to his raw power. Hailing from the vibrant city of Memphis, TN, Manley trains diligently at the esteemed Memphis Judo and Jiu Jitsu. His most recent performance at Attitude MMA Fights 28 earned him the coveted Fight of the Night honors. Get ready for a high-octane clash as Manley steps into the spotlight!

On the other side of the cage stands James Hay, a warrior with a 3-3 record. Hailing from the sun-kissed shores of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Hay brings a wealth of experience. His MMA journey has seen both triumphs and setbacks, with 3 wins and 3 losses to his name. Currently honing his skills in the training grounds of Palm Beach, Florida, under the banner of Kill Cliff FC, Hay is hungry for redemption. Will he seize victory and silence the doubters?

Flyweight bout: Tyler K. Forsythe vs. Dakota “The Dream” Smith

Prepare to witness a clash of titans in the Professional Flyweight division! In one corner, we have the indomitable Tyler K. Forsythe, representing Byhalia, MS, and fighting out of Desoto Apex MMA. And in the opposite corner, the tenacious Dakota “The Dream” Smith, hailing from Sarah, MS, and proudly representing Memphis and Memphis Judo and Jitsu.

Tyler K. Forsythe, hailing from Byhalia, MS, and fighting out of Desoto Apex MMA, boasts an impressive 3-0 record. As the former Attitude MMA amateur Flyweight Champion, he has already etched his name in the annals of the sport. His most recent victory at Attitude MMA Fights 24 secured him the Attitude MMA amateur Flyweight title. A submission specialist, Forsythe has dispatched all three of his professional opponents via rear naked choke in the very first round. His prowess has earned him the coveted #1 ranking in Mississippi and a commendable 3rd position in Tennessee among professional Flyweights.

Dakota Smith, with a 2-2 record, calls Sarah, MS, home. Representing Memphis and Memphis Judo and Jitsu, he is no stranger to thrilling battles. His standout performance at Attitude MMA fights 27 earned him the coveted Fight of the Night honors. Smith ranks 5th in the State of Mississippi as a Flyweight and an impressive 10th as a Bantamweight. Like Forsythe, both of his professional wins were secured via the dreaded rear naked choke. Notably, Smith remains undefeated as an amateur, boasting an impressive 6 wins.

Featherweight Bout: Adryan “AG” Grundy vs. Roland “The Armadillo” Pruden

Get ready for an electrifying collision of warriors! In the featherweight division, two exceptional fighters are set to square off. Adryan Grundy, with a seasoned 2-1 record, stands at 16th in Tennessee and an impressive 20th as a Lightweight. His recent decisive victory at Attitude MMA Fights 29 showcased his prowess. On the other side of the cage, we have Roland Pruden, a promising fighter with a 1-0 record. Pruden holds the 5th spot in Arkansas. Notably, his swift submission win in his professional debut left spectators in awe. The stakes are high, the adrenaline is pumping, and the crowd awaits with bated breath. Who will rise, and who will fall? Only the canvas will reveal the answer. 

The Undercard: A Showcase of Emerging Talent The event will also feature 8 amateur bouts, including 4 title fights, highlighting the future stars of MMA. Among them, undefeated amateur Flyweight champion Seth Britton (3-0) will defend his title against the skilled submission artist Dylan Brigman (6-4).

In a clash for the vacant Attitude MMA Amateur Heavyweight Title, Parker Byars and Joel Faglier will face off. Byars, aged 26 and fighting out of Memphis, TN, and SOG MMA, boasts a record of 3 wins (3 by KO/TKO) and ranks 6th in Tennessee. Meanwhile, Faglier, aged 23 and representing Augusta, GA, with Faglier’s Mixed Martial Arts, remains undefeated with 7 wins (4 by submission) and holds the top spot as the #1 ranked Amateur Heavyweight in the US Southeast.
